Sometimes You Don’t Want to Catch & Release – Belize Weddings
One of the wonderful things about being a destination wedding photographer in Belize is that we get to meet all sorts of people, from all over the world, with different lifestyles, jobs and hobbies. This was our first serious fishing wedding. So, while the bride was busy getting ready and getting sentimental….
…the groom wasn’t missing the opportunity to get in one last cast.
The guests knew exactly how to get in the mood.
Every detail was beautifully considered and quite perfect.
So, when the time came for the groom to see his bride for the first time, the look on his face was absolutely priceless!
Of course, no matter how perfect everything is, sometimes you just have to be grateful for technology. Just in case you forget your vows, you can always check your smart phone.
No matter how much technology you have though, nothing beats a tissue for a tearful groom.
After the ceremony, our ‘catch of the day’ decided to go and spend some romantic time together.
Romantic and just adorable is the best way to describe this couple.
When it looked like things were winding down and it was time to head back to the party..
…somehow they found themselves…
…right back where they started.
While we wholeheartedly support the ‘catch and release’ programme for some of our protected sports fish, we don’t suggest it is a good idea for our couple. There may be plenty of fish in the sea, but none of them are as special as these two were. Congratulations from Conch Creative!
This beautiful ‘fishing’ themed wedding was hosted by non other than El Pescador Resort on Ambergris Caye, Belize.
